mcc charger: "set charge mode off" not working

Hi there,

I'm using the mcc charger. Everything looks fine. evcc can read charger status, vehicle soc, vehicle range, charge current.

But when I try to stop the charger via the evcc 7070 control panel ("stop" button in modus panel), nothing happens and the charging continues.

EVCC logs the following:
[lp-1 ] WARN 2021/05/13 12:29:00 charger out of sync: expected disabled, got enabled

Full log attached:

Any ideas?

MCC doesn't support stopping as the web interface API it is using doesn't provide a way to stop charging. Sorry.

BUT I am working on a new way to provide a far better support for this Charger. (Even better than other chargers if I may say so 😁) If you are interested in helping us testing and improving it, please join us via Slack 😃

Maybe there is a way to manage the mcc not via the web interface API but via the API for the "energy manager"? I think it's possible to switch on/off mcc via the energy manager integration. And I think it's also possible to control the charging current in a higher granularity (not only 6-16A as in the web interface).

What's your approach?

I would be happy to help testing/improving if possible.
