Enphase charger support? Or do I even need it?

I have an Enphase IQ 2 EV charger, and Enphase solar and batteries, and a Kia EV9. The behaviour I want is "charge to 50% at night, suck as much solar as possible (before the battery fills) during the day". Can I do that with evcc as is? If not, how hard would it be to add charger support, since evcc can already talk to the enphase gateway? I'm comfortable coding so if that doesn't sound crazy I could give it a shot.

I would be interested as well, but to be honest, for me it is unclear how it could be setup. Even though the §14a whitepaper Enphase offers pretends that the EV-Charger 2 supports EEBUS. In fact - at least up to now - it's a lie, the box currently does not support EEBUS. It does support OCPP, but this in bound to Enphase "partner integration" program only, you can't manually configure a local OCPP server. Thus, currently I don't see any possibility to implement §14a EnWG for this box beside shutting it down by a contactor. I really wonder how Enphase is allowed to sell the box in Germany if there is no documented way to meet the demands of §14a EnWG. The documentation they offer is wrong - at least up to now.
