Fazit: du musst die Firmware updaten, oder auf das sunspec-hybrid template wechseln.

As @mfuchs1984 posted a firmware update will help - or to choose the uncurtailed generic template.

Could you post the output of "evcc sunspec" to confirm unavailability of registers before the firmware update? I tried to document the prerequisite firmware version from Kostal's documentation but your inverter shows that the UI firmware version is still not correct and needs adjustment.
