In the Netherlands and possibly abroad, many people have Shell / Newmotion chargers. These were placed by company lease and are either rebranded Alfen NG910, or Enovates chargers.
The Alfen is already usable in EVCC via EMS which is great.
The Enovates (Shell Home Advanced) also supports EMS. I've gone through the settings and it states:
ModBusTCPEMSEnabled, boolean
Enable/disable EMS over ModBus TCP. This enables EMS mode (Energy Management System) on the charging station.
Additional registers will become available to control the charging station like setting the current offered, reading additional transaction information, etc.
Note: modbus.tcp.enabled is required to be true to enable EMS over ModBus TCP.
Consult the ModBus API documentations for more information.
Enovates already has an official HA integration.
Would it be possible to add this charger? It would help a lot of people!
