BMW CarData - Authorisation token can not be retrieved

Describe the bug

Setting up BMW CarData connection in EVCC fails.

The log file says that the oAuth token could not be retrieved. I already read about a similar issue #26347 which was fixed.
But the problem (or maybe another one) occurs again.

I also tried to recreate the CarData client in BWM several times, but with no success.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setting up CarData in the BMW portal by generating a CarData client (with CarData Stream and access to CarData API activated)
2. Use CarData client ID to add the vehicle to EVCC
3. Copy authorisation code and open the BMW portal to enter the code
4. The code was accepted.
5. But afterwards, nothing happens within EVCC
   ...

• I have made sure that no external automation like HomeAssistant or Node-RED is active or accessing any of the mentioned devices when this issue occurs.

Just got info from BMW: this is a known error, they're working on it. Leaving open for visibility.
