Plan: car stops/starts charging multiple times

Describe the bug

I am on the latest nightly and I noticed the planner stopped and started charging 3 times this night without a reason. In the past I had similar experience with the estimator, which I have deactivated and hoped to fix it.
Apparently the estimator was not the issue.
It is possible this behavior exists for longer, as I have mainly charged surplus over the past months and did not use planner for longer.

Interestingly only one charge event is logged:

But it restarted twice, even though I only charged 15%:

This issue is not the end of the world, but it would be interesting to find out where these restarts are really coming from. From the logs it looks like the planner is under-estimating the charge time (as especially with higher SOC the charge rates seem to be significantly lower than 15A).
Is it therefore "works as designed" that it takes multiple tries to reach the SOC goal?

Answering the questions:

I do this on purpose. Standard SOC is always 80% and when I need to drive far I charge the LFP battery to 100% via one-time-plan.
This is why the load point limit is 80% but the planner is 100%.

3. The mode was pv throughout and was not changed by myself. I also noticed this log line but have no explanation. I can't rule out with 100% certainty that this is not coming from ioBroker changing something via API, but I have checked that and found no scripts that play with this mode. Also I don't see why it should change this mode only once at 04:31 and not for charges earlier / later.
   Anyway, the second stop and start seem to be independent from this mode-change. The mode is changed after the second charge was already initiated so I believe this has nothing to do with this issue.
