Bug: Indicator object count not counting up properly

If there are multiple indicators in one elevator car, they will all be the same number. This affects the use of extended commands since only one object can be moved. This also happens with directional indicators as well.

I'm wondering how to fix that, since just changing the numbering might break existing building scripts.

This was recently fixed by adding the indicator number at the end for additional indicators, so "Floor Indicator 49:2" would be the second one, in the latest build. I wanted to change them to just simply "Floor Indicator 1", etc, instead of using the floor number, but it might break existing scripts. Fix is in commit 4175cf2
