Since loading a file directly from a website is restricted, the best option would be making a new command config load to import a local configuration file and store it into localStorage.
This will be helpful especially when you have dotfiles where you can just import the latest changes and sync it within your dotfiles repository.
You could still use config import from a remote url, but this sounds more handy.
