[BUG] On WebKit browsers, favicon is not populated

Describe The Bug

On WebKit browsers, namely Safari and Orion, the favicon is not populated with a tiny version of the fetch image.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to website
2. See icon is not populated
