Create a Representer

From the docs:

A Representer is a bit of code that has the single responsibility of taking a solution and returning a normalized representation of it.

As a starting point, we can generate JSON using

v ast -p example.v

"pos" and "mut_pos" attributes would need to be removed. "scope" and variable name attributes would need to be normalized.
