Allow users to mark sessions for follow-up or categorization.

Proposed Solution

• Bookmark sessions as "reviewed", "flagged for investigation", "important"
• Add notes/comments to bookmarked sessions
• Filter sessions by bookmark status
• Store in session_bookmarks table
