`tperf` binary depends on non-installed libraries

The tperf binary that's built when testing is enabled depends on two libraries which are not installed:

 * QA Notice: Unresolved soname dependencies:
 *
 *      /usr/bin/tperf: libmvfst_dsr_backend.so.0 libmvfst_test_utils.so.0
 *

Please either prevent this binary from being installed or install its dependencies via CMake as well.

How are you building it? I just built on MacOS and CentOS and the binary is solid.

The build goes fine, it's the installation step that's the problem. If you try to install to a DESTDIR do libmvfst_dsr_backend.so.0 and libmvfst_test_utils.so.0 get installed?

As for the build, it's the usual cmake -B build -DCMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR=/usr/lib64 -DBUILD_TESTS=ON && cmake --build build business.
