How To Use Nougat in Colab/Jupyter (No CLI) to Convert PDFs/Images with Math to LaTeX?

Hi team,
I have scanned images and PDFs with math expressions stored on a server where I can only use Jupyter notebooks or Google Colab (no CLI access). I want to extract LaTeX using Nougat.
Could you please guide on:

• Running Nougat in Colab or Jupyter
• Feeding image/PDF input and getting LaTeX output
• Using Nougat programmatically in Python instead of terminal

Would really appreciate a minimal working example or notebook.
