Deploying on OpenShift 3.11 ( OKD ) - fh-mbaas-template-3node.json missing

The wiki says:
"oc new-app -f fh-mbaas-template-3node.json"
Although, I cannot find this file in the repo.
Is there a new, different procedure for 3nodes deployment on OKD ?
