Add the ability for users to write words to a list that will be blocked from chat. Not sure if it matters but this is request more towards blocking emotes from showing although it may be the same for blocking any text.
Whole word matching may be the easiest to start with, although StartsWith matching would be great.
I think case sensitivity should matter since on Twitch it does matter (e.g., OMEGALUL shows as the emote when sent, but omegalul does not).
If a user's chat message only contains the word that is blocked/hidden, preferably nothing should be sent to the chat as if the user never sent a message at all, instead of showing an empty/blank message from the user. This would make for a better experience rather than seeing a bunch of empty messages.
