Add parameter to set how notebooks are named

It would be helpful if template notebooks could retain their original names (e.g., "quality-control.ipynb").

Describe the solution you'd like
At present, a new notebook is created with the default name "Untitled.ipynb." It would be more useful if the new notebook preserved the original template name.

I noticed there was a PR that specifically requested the current behavior.
