Does cache get deleted if there is an API issue

@flowdee @webdj-agency Can you please check and confirm if the cache is deleted in case the API calls are blocked? A client contacted us saying when there was API issue, even old products that worked earlier stop showing data.

as i see, the user mentioned that he had customized our plugin code?

@webdj-agency, no the shortcode is hardcoded inside the theme, no plugin modifications are done.
