This is the screen border color, as set by the BIOS. If you don't want to see it, set your window to 4:3 aspect ratio. |

Wish there was an option to not have the screen border overextend and just stick to 4:3 but I suppose it's time to fumble around with trying to make the window as close to 4:3 as possible. |
