* chore(dev-deps): bump @salesforce/webapp-* from 1.101.3 to 1.109.8

* fix(templates): add _os_ placeholder for object-search to fix Windows path length

New object-search feature in webapp 1.109.8 caused paths to exceed the
157-char Windows limit. Add OBJECT_SEARCH_PLACEHOLDER (_os_) under _f_,
consistent with existing path-shortening placeholders.

* chore(ci): add daily Dependabot schedule for @salesforce/webapp-* packages

Split webapp package updates into a dedicated daily entry to get faster
version bumps. Exclude webapp-* from the existing weekly entry to avoid
duplicate PRs.

* chore(deps): bump webapp template packages to ^1.112.5
