Log and Test Result Cleanup

We need an easy and systematic way to clean up the logs the system generates. Working out of a repo for some time leads to a large collection of many files that no longer serve any purpose. What I would love to see would be commands that do each of the following:

• Clear apex logs
• Clear Test Results
• Clear Logs and Test Results

It would also be nice to have a setting that allows us to tell the system to clear all the apex logs when we turn on tracing for our current setting, too.
