Moving to gnome-4x

Looks like a lot of users are now moving to gnome-4x, there are a lot of changes and possibly breaking in gnome-42 when chatting on folks at the extensions chat room. I will be focusing on the gnome-4x from now on.

Due to this:

• Will rebase gnome-3-36 from main. In case users, like me to port gnome-4x features of this extension to legacy versions. Since 20.04 LTS will be supported for some time.
• Then will merge gnome-40 to main branch.
