Revise the subClassOf hierarchy for "microscopy"

Currently

but "microscopy" subClassOf "recorded image" subClassOf "imaging method" is weird.

"recorded image" definition says:

Methods and devices used for capturing an image of a real object; distinct from images created by artwork

Not sure on the best way there. Perhaps deprecate "recorded image" and create a similar (but different) concept like

"image recording method"

"A method used for capturing an image of a real object. Distinct from images created by artwork."

This is a general problem within FBbi. All terms are formally supposed to represent “methods”, even if they are named in a way that doesn’t make that apparent.

In this example, “recorded image” must be understood as “a method that yields a recorded image”.

Other similar cases include:

• “antibody”, which is to be understood as “a method that detects an antibody”;
• “fluorescent protein tag”, which is to be understood as “a method that visualises a fluorescent protein tag”;
• “distribution of a specific protein”, which is to be understood as “a method that uses the distribution of a specific protein as the source of contrast in the image”;
• “cryostat-sectioned tissue”, which is to be understood as ”a method by which a cryostat-sectioned tissue is prepared”;
• “electron density”, which is to be understood as “a method that uses electron density somehow”;
• “area detector”, which is to be understood as “a method that uses an area detector”;

and so on…

I don’t think deprecation should be needed here. Renaming should be enough.

But more generally the entire classification of everything as “method” is not great, and should indeed be revised. See also #21 (comment)
