Looking at the CPR by age, it seems like all age groups are too high, and it would be particularly useful to investigate why the <18 CPR increases so much in more recent years:
Interestingly, the TFR seems more or less correct... any changes that we make to decrease the model's estimate of the CPR will lead to increases in the model's estimate of the TFR, so we will need to offset this by reducing the exposure factor and/or personal fecundity.
