取代位置:bench/MODEL_GUIDE.md 從「3 步驟 quick-ref」升為 quick-pointer,完整 SOP 看本檔。
觸發背景:2026-05-02 session 加 qwen3.6(暫停)→ 改測 owl-alpha → OpenRouter Sonnet judge 換 Opus sub-agent → 暴露多個結構性 friction,REFLEXES #15「反覆浮現要儀器化」第 N+1 次驗證。
bench/MODEL_GUIDE.md γ-late7 寫的是 happy-path 三步驟,沒處理:
- Pivot / 暫停(如 qwen3.6 跑兩 prompt 發現 NULL 模式 → 暫停換 owl-alpha)
- Partial responses 怎麼放(不能跟正式 responses 混在
bench/v0/responses/,會污染 scorer) - Decision matrix(full 40 vs partial 10,何時哪個合理)
- Live observability regex 必抓 PASS + FAIL 雙信號(Monitor 只抓 NULL 會錯估通過率,per REFLEXES #55)
- Worktree vs main repo(
bench/v0/responses/*/gitignored — 在 worktree 看不到 prior model 的 raw responses) - 既有 cells / samples 怎麼保留(generate-public-results.py 預設讀 latest scores,會把其他 model 的 cell 抹掉)
- Opus sub-agent judge 取代 OpenRouter Sonnet judge(cleaner reproducibility chain,less external dependency)
這份 pipeline 把所有這些縫隙寫成 SOP gate。
不是「加 entry 然後跑」這種兩步驟。完整鏈條是:registry entry → run → score skeleton → Opus judge → merge → public API regen → page verify。任一 stage skip = 下游 bug。
bench/v0/responses-paused/ 是 canonical 目錄,raw responses 永不刪除(REFLEXES #22 mirror)。pivot 不是 exception,是 lifecycle 的一個 state。Future resume 走 runner skip-existing 機制即可。
generate-public-results.py 必須讀既有 public/api/bench-results.json,保留 model_id 不在本批次的 cells + samples。讓單一 model re-run 在任何 worktree 都能跑。

主 session 不該被 5+ 小時 inference blocking。
REFLEXES #55(升 canonical 2026-05-10,原候選編號 #43 因與「dashboard JSON sync」同號 collision 已重編):Monitor regex 必須同時抓 PASS + FAIL 兩種 terminal state。本 session 教訓:只抓 ⚠️ NULL / 429 漏掉「→ ok (xxx chars, ys)」通過事件 → 主 session 推估通過率時要 fall back to log scan,是 unnecessary friction。

未來 resume:把 dir 移回 bench/v0/responses/<slug>/ → runner 自動 skip 已存在的 ok=true response → 從中斷處續跑。

Trade-off:cost 高 ~3x,但消除外部 endpoint 不確定性 + reasoning trail 直接寫進 judgments JSON 比 token usage 更可審計。

跑 scripts/bench/merge-judgments.py(造橋待建,目前 inline 在 BENCH-PIPELINE 第一次執行 owl-alpha 時用 /tmp/merge-owl-bench.py 一次性 — 第二次就要 codify)。
產出:bench/v0/results/scores-merged-<slug>-{ts}.json,跟 scores-{ts}.json 同 schema 但 axis_B/D 已填值。
