Is the Bulk Court Data available under the JSON format?

We are talking about the data available at that URL:
https://com-courtlistener-storage.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/list.html?prefix=bulk-data/

We tried to import the CSV bulk data and received a lot of errors because the data sometimes is truncated to contains carriage returns and goes next line.
