Tier 1 member getting 403 on recap-documents and docket-entries endpoints

Hi! I just signed up for a Tier 1 membership (thank you for the great work!).

I can successfully use most API v4 endpoints — dockets, clusters, opinions, search, courts, people all return 200. However, the recap-documents and docket-entries endpoints return 403:

The same 403 occurs whether I filter by docket or request the endpoint with no filters.

A few things I have tried:

• Using the same token that works on other endpoints
• Both v3 and v4 API versions
• Requesting a single document by ID vs. listing

Does Tier 1 membership include access to recap-documents and docket-entries? Or is there an additional permission I need to request?

API access is not currently included with memberships, but that's something we're working to change. @eriodiah can you please help @joenewbry to get the API membership benefit we'll be rolling out soon?
