Gateway API sidebar placement

Hello everyone 👋🏼
We’re adding Gateway API support (Issue #424 PR #1551) and want your input on sidebar placement.
Would you rather see it under Network, or as its own Gateway API tab?

(C) Under its own Gateway API nested group inside Network?

As in the following picture from the Flux extension, but instead of "Operator" we would have "Gateway API" and in the subgroup all the Gateway API resources?

That's not the UI for the rest of the core resources (it is for CRDs though), but it feels like a good approach for this case.

Behavior would be the same as in the CRD section. Do you mean if the resources would be by default open? I believe the first time you open the app they are closed, but if you ever open them then they remain open as user preference. The main Gateway API under Network would be always visible.

@robertobandini looks like option b is the top voted should we close this? I can cleanup the PR and have it ready for 1.9 release.
