Fusioncharts for Limited period of time?

Hi.
At the bottom left of the chart that is produced/rendered by Fusionchart library, it says "FusionCharts Trial". So is this not free? Will it stop rendering the chart after a certain amount of time?
Because in the License section, it says this is open-source.
Do I have to purchase Fusionchart to use it for long term?

@AkbarKazimov Yes Fusioncharts is not opensource its a paid library where you need a license for any usage or there could be legal charges
