Bare minimum is update the build tooling and address any deprecations. Additional niceness for modernizing the fusion chart component.

This issue is quite old, but I think my point fits here nonetheless:
The issue at hand is resolved with PR #61 and all others in the context of SUPPORT-2399.

My question is: When will a new release be available that includes these changes?
