`model_path` in `compute_and_visualize_dep_maps.ipynb` can not be loaded

I try to run your notebook and get the following error:

OSError: Incorrect path_or_model_id: 'species_upstream_1000_k1/'. Please provide either the path to a local folder or the repo_id of a model on the Hub.

Please let me know how to correctly load your model.

@SilvanCodes You can find Species LM fungi, which includes specieslm_fungi_k1 (species_upstream_1000_k1) and specieslm_metazoa.
