Add a 'trending models' view

Problem

It could be fun to have a view where we show the most frequently used/downloaded models this week/month/year.

The value added could be that it highlights to users any new models which they may not be aware of.

Proposed Solution

A screen, or section that displays a list of the top 5 most downloaded/used models, with a dropdown list to let you select the timeframe.

We did float the idea of surfacing the number of access requests too: #2346 (comment) which depending on context could be more 'accurate' at which ones are more popular. I'd also suggest that it's system-configurable (on by default, off by default, off) to allow system owners to determine whether or not they want to expose those details to consumers.
