Talking to @sierra-moxon , here are the steps to complete the transition to the non-blazegraph GO API - [x] Since we have merged (https://github.com/geneontology/go-site/pull/2423), let the new indices get to kim's endpoint - [x] once at endpoint, sierra then to test - [x] Run and create indices manually from current release file (seth) - [x] Finalize paths and sidecar onto current release (seth) - [x] Update URLs in https://github.com/geneontology/go-fastapi/pull/136/files to point to files above for https://github.com/geneontology/go-fastapi/issue/137 (sierra) - [x] "New" GO API goes live (seth ) - [x] JSON document store/indexing into gocam-py (patrick) - [x] Run and create indices in new pipeline (`pipeline-from-goa`), things should "just work" from here on out (seth and patrick)
