Highlight specific gene(s)

It would be really nice if we could highlight a specific gene (or genes) in a model.
For example, to highlight the gene of interest when embedding in a gene page as at Alliance, or PomBase

It is sometimes quit difficult to locate the gene of interest in larger models

This is something that would be useful to UniProt too. When viewing a GO-CAM within a UniProtKB entry page it would be helpful if we could pass to the viz a node in the graph to highlight, which would correspond that UniProtKB entry.

There is an obvious overlap with iquery

But iquery is obviously hardwired for human.It's great we are using the same visual styles/key etc.

It would useful to be able to highlight complexes for the same reason.
