In the browser, when a gene or chemical is clicked, its associated "Processes and Activities" is highlighted in grey. I wonder if the object in the graph can also be highlighted. Usin Model ID gomodel:67369e7600000368 as an example, there are two calcium(2+)s in the graph. One is input with no CC and the other is output in cytosol . Currently, it is not easy to tell which calcium (2+) is in cytosol when cytosol calcium (2+) is highlighted in grey. I am suggesting to highligh the clicked chemical when its associated CC is highlighted as shown in the screenshot
