ZIPATO RGB bulb

Hello.
I have a Zipato RGB 2 but I can't get colur to work with homegenie. It looks like the Hue (brightness of the colour) is not being sent so when I ajust the colour using the colour wheel it stays white.
Am I missing something or can't homegenie accommodate this bulb?
