I would like to introduce the following commits:

• stmmac phy reset support
• GPR configuration
• introducement of the drivers_nic-imx8mp_iot_gate depot archive
• additional iomux setting for ecspi and tpm support

@a-dmg thank you for your carefully crafted contributions, which I've pushed to our staging branch right now. Please have a look at commit f01014f that I've add in addition as a minor change of the STMMAC's main implementation, whether it is still working in your setup(s).
