I'm running IQ-TREE on Galaxy EU and its now been running for over a week. The analysis is based on ~6,100 busco genes from 10 closely related taxa, hence there is low variability (only about ~250k sites are variable). I'm worried the job is stuck in a loop and unable to finish - i guess convergence might be an issue with these data. I don't want to stop the run in case it just requires a long time. Any advice @rlibouba?
