Import INP tools / import pattern_id in Junction

Hi,
The Import INP tools in version 4.7.0 does not import inp_pattern (even if less than 16 char), the pattern_id.
The import of demand is OK mais inp_pattern is null in table inp_junction.

This is most likely an error on the python code. We'll look into it and let you know when we fix it.
