Import INP tool

Hi there,
the new import inp tool is great but I would improve this:

• the import of valves and pump does not keep the original label in inp file (nor geometry). I think, like you have done with pipe and node (label migrate in code in giswater), it would be interesting to keep this somewhere in database (need to use link between inp and database).
