"cutoff capacity" not stored

HI,

When restarting Home Assistant, the battery ‘cutoff capacity’ value is set to 100% even though it is set differently. Can't we keep the stored value?

Hi lorenzo, the way HA works is that if a setting has an initial value configured, it will reset to that value after a restart.
The charging cutoff capacity requires an initial value setting, thus 'suffers' from this trait.

Hi Bob,

Why not just remove the initial value? Then it will apply the lower bandwidth of 15. Users will have to do the onboarding anyway. Setting this to a more logical value of 100 can be instructed as part of the onboarding.

I don't think it warrants its own issue, but this also applies to the "Target Grid Consumption" setting, that reverts back to '0' after a restart.
