Updating submission to v1.0.2 — fixes zero-setup compatibility issues:

• Removed hard dependency on Foculoom-specific MCP tools (tom-syncTwin, tom-continuationPrompt)
• Removed hard dependency on dtwin Python package — all references are now conditional ("if available in your environment")
• Removed preToolUse hook that caused exit 127 on all tool use in non-Foculoom projects (hook fired ./scripts/check-git-cleanliness.sh which doesn't exist on a fresh install)
• Made agentStop/sessionEnd hooks fail-safe — skip gracefully when script is absent, run faithfully when present
• Made external script references in usage and ship-issue skills conditional with fallbacks

The plugin now works with copilot plugin install foculoom/orqit on a fresh machine with zero additional configuration.

Upon reviewing the files in the plugin repo, I'm going to be rejecting this plugin.
The agents in the plugin are not bringing meaningful uplifts in capabilities, and also reimplementing features such as /plan which can result in a degraded experience. Similarly, with the recent inclusion of server-side model routing in auto mode, having model routing done on the client side using the agent is inefficient and error prone.
