fix(deps): resolve high-severity rollup vulnerability in docs-site

Updates docs-site/package-lock.json via npm audit fix. Patches rollup
(GHSA-mw96-cpmx-2vgc), lodash-es, chevrotain, and other transitive deps.

Note: Audit Main Package fails due to a NEW minimatch vulnerability
(GHSA-7r86-cg39-jmmj) published today — unrelated, needs separate fix.
