Fix dev-mode entrypoint tests to be agenticworkflows-specific, not file-wide

safeoutputs now always emits entrypoint="sh" in any copilot workflow, so
broad checks for absence of "entrypoint" in the full lock file were
failing. Narrowed the assertions in mcp_config_compilation_test.go and
importable_tools_test.go to check only for the release-mode
agenticworkflows entrypoint pattern ("${RUNNER_TEMP}/gh-aw/gh-aw"),
which correctly remains absent in dev mode.

Recompiled all 246 lock files.
