Multiple Theme defining

Description

Can we have multiple theme defining by the user apart the default theme?

As of now, we can only define one user theme at a time so if we need to change to another theme which is not from the default one we need to manually edit the glance.yml to change the theme.

You are able to set the themes in the picker which is described in the Theme section of the configuration(https://github.com/glanceapp/glance/blob/main/docs/configuration.md#theme). You can define your other themes under presets.
