Auto generate encode/decode functions when save file.

I have discussed this on Discord a bit. My Idea is as follows:

• Have some way to generate encode/decode functions for types (either using LSP or make a dev lib to do this).
• User can mark which types for the tools to generate encode, decode or both functions. User can also set where the functions should be (on the same file or the different file).
• the encode/decode functions when generated should be able to detect custom subtype then create encoder/decoder for all the subtype when need and include them without manual have to edit each encoder/decoder by hand.

You could script your editor to delete the old definition and run the generate code action, but it's not something that we would include in the language server itself.

There's a few projects that do this sort of thing but none of them have particularly caught on.
