I hit a few instances where Cashy couldn't help me and I got the response "I don't have the right information to answer your question". It would be helpful for the bot to either ask a follow up here like, "can you provide me with more information?" OR mention the support email address so the person can contact a human. I see if I push for help after the "I don't have the right info.. " message I do get the support email then.
