v2.3.0 cannot drag tasks to change its order

Description

• On the Windows Chrome client, when you try to drag a task to change its order, you'll find that it cannot be dragged. The same issue can be reproduced on the Vikunja demo website.
• On the Android browser, however, thanks to the grab handle on the right side, dragging works successfully.

Sorry, I realized it was an issue with my mouse, because I noticed that I can't drag any local files either. Haha.
