api: GET /projects/{project}/views/{view}/buckets does not fill tasks

Description

GET /projects/{project}/views/{view}/buckets used to return non-zeor attribute count and also a list of tasks.
In the current version count is always 0 and tasks is empty.

Same behaviour in v1 and v2 api.

This isn't a regression in 2.5.0 — the bucket list endpoint stopped carrying tasks in 0.24 and has behaved this way ever since.

What happened

GET /projects/{project}/views/{view}/buckets was intentionally reduced to bucket metadata only in commit 238baf86f ("feat(views)!: return tasks in buckets by view", released with 0.24), which carried a BREAKING CHANGE note: tasks in their bucket are now only retrievable via their view. Since then Bucket.ReadAll (pkg/models/kanban.go:114) only selects the bucket rows, so tasks is omitted and count is serialized as its zero value. I checked v2.0.0 through v2.5.0 — identical in all of them.

What to use instead

• v1: GET /api/v1/projects/{project}/views/{view}/tasks — for a kanban view this returns the buckets with their tasks and a populated count.
• v2: GET /api/v2/projects/{project}/views/{view}/buckets/tasks — dedicated buckets-with-tasks endpoint. (/api/v2/projects/{project}/views/{view}/tasks always returns a flat task list, by design.)

Both accept the usual filter, sort_by, s and expand parameters.

Next steps

Closing this as working as intended — no code change planned. The one thing that is genuinely misleading is that the bare bucket response still serializes count: 0; if you'd like that tracked separately (drop the field from that response, or document it), happy to open a follow-up issue for it.
