This isn't a game breaking issue, but it is hilarious. The Endwalker Credits cutscene, where the Warrior or Light is credited and lens flare is applied, is very broken when the letterboxing is removed, even (and perhaps especially) within the 16:9 "safe" zone. The Lens Flare is overblown like crazy, and seeing it is really the only way to experience it. Please see the attached image of my very-ultra-wide screenshot of this issue.
