Add placeholder data for columns that need to be filled in in spreadsheet

• for Trade - Option transactions, fill in the columns that need to have values copy-pasted
• for Trade transactions, fill in the columns that need to have values copy-pasted
• for Trade sell transactions, auto calculate / scrape cost basis value (currently manually calculating this by report's cost basis divided by # of shares sold and pasting that into spreadsheet, column "Cost Basis/Share USD" (column Q)

OR: auto fill them so won't need to do copy-pasting
